Yeah that's 100% what's happening because the dashboards don't have contextual abilities (unless the team designed that in). Scenarios like below are always happening:
1. The dashboard says the question was answered
2. The customer took no further action
3. The observability dashboard says success, responded fast etc.
4. The customer disappears because the it gave a terrible answer, and they weren't motivated to change.
Alternatively - the customer runs w/ the confidence nonsense and we get the AI slop we're seeing everywhere.
