If agents were bad, would this happen?
The answer is definitively no.
We highlighted Sierra in a recent post on Top CX platforms. They have an absurd amount of cash and are led by Bret Taylor. If you don’t know who he is, take a look and a listen.
I’ve shared this account before and they have an interesting take that I believe in. Sierra’s success is the bull case for agents but the bear case for Web 2.0.
While agents and AI technology can feel bumpy and behave mysteriously at times, it provides exponential potential.
