What Stood Out
How will OpenAI compete?
Renowned VC and Tech Analyst, Benedict Evans, wrote a deep dive on OpenAI and the frontier model landscape that is a fascinating read.
He hypothesizes:
OpenAI has no durable competitive moat
Users engage shallowly, rarely daily
Platform flywheel logic doesn’t hold
Incumbents’ distribution advantage is decisive

The 2028 Global Intelligence Crisis
This post has gone viral. It’s a fictional post about the future if AI takes over all white color jobs. While fictional, it impacted the stock market today.
Worth noting: If you initially had a double-take on the name, you’re not alone. The firm “Citron Research” was a key player in the the big Gamestop RoaringKitty saga.
Since the last article was a downer, here’s a good one about building a startup.
LLM costs Becoming a Factor
Since OpenClaw, we’re now seeing a lot more discourse about LLM costs. It’s a good reminder of why the AI taking over the world is going to take time.
To replace 100% of a white-collar worker, you’re paying more today on LLM costs so that’s not going to happen unless 1) the agent can be 10x better of 2) costs are 10x cheaper.
I stopped writing better skills and started building skill architecture

Final Brick
Two former colleagues now arch-competitors refused to hold hands at the AI Impact Summit in India.
If you wondered how real the beef was, look no further.
